Love is in the air!

Although families and kids are fun to photograph, I found another set of subjects who may just top the cake. Children may be entertaining but love birds are pretty fun as well. This is my beautiful sister and new brother-in-law and they were nice enough to let me take their pictures. This photo shoot was full of a lot of laughing and a lot of craziness but we sure got some good shots. I even got to design their invite.

Time for the Christmas Cards!

Pink and Precious

I always enjoy photographing kids, especially babies! Recently I got to photograph this precious, pink bundle. Although I have photographed newborns before, they don't get much cuter then this little girl. Maybe it's the giant bows, the tiny headbands, or delicate hands. Either way, this little girl was truly adorable and I had a lot of fun working with her. 

It's his birthday and he'll cry if he wants to!

It's hard to believe but this little guy just turned one a few weeks ago! You know what that means? Time for a cake smash! I was so excited to take pictures of this cutie as he experienced his first birthday cake. Unfortunately, he wasn't as excited as I was. Turns out, not all one year old's like frosting. In fact, some find it terrifying. Once he touched the cake and realized that frosting is sticky, he wanted nothing to do with it and kind of threw a fit. Lucky for me, baby tantrums are still adorable and make for some entertaining photos. Enjoy! 

Summertime is Family Time!

Summertime is my favorite time of the year! Sunny days, bbq's, and swimming pools. What more could you want?!? Family photos, of course! Summertime is the perfect time for family photos. As I get older, time seems to be moving faster. It seems like only yesterday these two guys were crazy little boys with way too much energy. Doin' a Little Designing

Obviously, I enjoy photography. However, just recently, I've discovered a new love. Designing! All of my friends seem to be getting engaged and recently I have offered to start designing wedding invitations and I LOVE IT! However, wedding announcements didn't seem to be enough so I've already started to branch out. I've come up with Christmas cards, blog titles and more. Below are the results! It's been awhile but it was worth the wait.

Being busy with school, I haven't taken pictures in quite some time. Homework and midterms seem to occupy all of my time. However, this weekend, I managed to catch a break and photograph my favorite subjects. My adorable nephews :) My sister wanted to take Easter pictures so we got the boys all dolled up expecting an one heck of a shoot. Unfortunately, babies and toddlers don't always want to cooperate. But after some persuasion involving marshmallows and chocolate chips, I managed to get some cute pics.
